Fletching darts will NOT require you to complete The Tourist Trap as this is only for smithing the tips.

Using the methods above can net you an xp rate of 1.5-4m xp per hour depending on the type of darts used
Generally speaking this would be somewhere around these numbers

• Mith 1.5m/h
• Addy 1.8m/h
• Rune 2.5m/h
• Dragon 4m/h

These rates get close even if you're limited to touch screen (mobile) or have no access to windows mouse keys.

In addition to methods like the dart fletching above
you can also get fast magic xp through 1 tick enchanting bolts as seen in this video
